When you walk in a crowded room, one of the first things people notice about you is your hair. How you take care of your hair reveals much about your character. It is critical to focus on achieving healthy hair, so we can make a great first impression. There are numerous ways of making your hair look healthy, but we are going to talk about three straightforward tips.  
  1. Eating Healthy
  It is advisable to eat foods that are rich in iron. This mineral is found in vegetables like kale and spinach. Eggs, bananas and salmon contain biotin, which is an important part of hair growth. For a well balanced diet, be sure to eat foods rich in biotin and proteins.  
  1. Drink Plenty Of Water
  Drinking plenty of clean water every day is another way of helping to keep your hair healthy. Water helps to keep your body hydrated hence keeping your hair and skin functioning perfectly. It is advisable to drink at least eight glasses of water everyday.  
  1. Blood Circulation
  The circulation of blood into your hair follicles is important too. This is achieved by giving yourself a scalp massage a few minutes before going to bed or before shampooing your hair. All you need to do is use your fingertips to rub your scalp in a circular motion for a few minutes. As an added bonus, coconut oil can be used to condition your scalp and hair while doing your massage.   Finally, it is important to limit the amount of time your hair is exposed to bright light from the sun and high temperatures. Strong sunshine rays should be avoided by covering your head.
